Back in 2017, Auntie Maxine, aka Rep. Maxine Waters, dropped a bomb of a phrase that's been my go-to ever since: "Reclaiming my time." When she said that, during a confrontation with Treasury Secretary Steve Mnuchin, wasn't just about that moment. She lit a fire and encapsulated a movement against disrespect, disruption, and the undermining of one's character.
