Acceptable VIP Bag Items:

Business Cards, Branded Stationery, Phone accessories, T-shirts, Sunglasses, Product Samples, Cups Water Bottles, Non-perishable Food Items, Hand Sanitizer, Masks, Toiletry Items, Flyers, Brochures, Gift Cards, Discount Codes, etc.

Minimum Quantity: 300 items

VIP BAG TERMS:

  • All businesses must submit the form below.

  • All requests and items are subject to approval.

  • All items must be received no later than August 31, 2023

  • Items received after this date will not be included.

  • We will not accept items on the day of the expo unless it's been coordinated and approved beforehand.

  • Businesses will be responsible for paying all packaging and shipping fees.

  • Black Luxe & Co. is not responsible for damaged products and will not refund or reimburse fees associated with damages, shipping, and/or packaging fees.
